Using अलंकार
How do I create my first image?+
When image generation is available, sign in with Google, upload a jewellery photo, choose a category, style and backdrop, then tap Generate. Your first image is free.
What kind of photo should I upload?+
Upload one jewellery item at a time. If a photo contains multiple types, choose which single item you want to create an image for and upload a crop of it. A clear, well-lit photo on a plain surface works best. Avoid heavy filters and cropped edges.
Can I choose more than one style?+
Yes. Each style and backdrop combination you select creates one image and uses one credit.
Credits & pricing
How do credits work?+
One credit creates one image. Packs are bought on WhatsApp and credits appear in your account after we confirm payment.
How do I pay?+
Contact us on WhatsApp to check service availability and arrange a one-time UPI payment. We add credits manually after confirming payment. There is no in-site checkout or recurring subscription.
Orders & delivery
Where do I receive my images?+
Generated previews appear in your browser. अलंकार does not currently keep an image library or deliver files through WhatsApp.
How long does it take?+
Generation time depends on service availability and the selected options. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time.
Refunds & problems
What if a generation fails?+
A failed generation should return the credit automatically. If it does not, contact us on WhatsApp and we will review it.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits can be reviewed for a refund on request. Contact support and we will respond promptly.
Privacy & rights
Can I use the images commercially?+
You may use generated results subject to the rights in your source photo and applicable law. AI results may resemble other outputs and may not be protectable by copyright.
Are my photos private?+
Your photo is sent to our processing providers to generate a result. अलंकार does not currently keep uploaded photos or generated images in an online library.
