अलंकार is an AI-assisted jewellery photography service. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the website, contact us, or request an image.

Information we handle

When you sign in with Google, Supabase Auth receives your account identifier, email address, and available profile name. अलंकार stores your profile, credit balance, and any support message you submit through the site.

When image generation is available, the jewellery photo you choose and the category, style, and lighting options are sent for processing. Please upload only images you have permission to use and avoid including unnecessary personal information.

How information is used

We use account information to sign you in, maintain credits, provide image generation, and respond to support requests. We use the uploaded photo and selected options only to return the requested generated image.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes image-generation requests. When generation is available, the image request, including the uploaded photo, is sent to Google's Gemini API to produce a result. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Google states that prompts and responses sent through the Gemini API free tier may be used to improve its products. Do not upload confidential or sensitive images. Google's data handling can vary by API tier; check the current terms linked below.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under its applicable terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp opens with a prefilled message; it is not sent until you choose to send it.

Storage and retention

Your profile, credits, and submitted support requests are stored in Supabase. The current site does not save uploaded photos or generated images to an अलंकार image library; generated images are returned to your browser for the current session. Service providers may process technical logs as described in their own policies.

We keep account and support information for as long as needed to operate the service, manage credits, resolve requests, and meet applicable legal or security needs. You may ask us to review or delete your account information through the support contact below, subject to records we must retain.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the service and revoke Google sign-in access through your Google Account. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. We will verify the request before acting on it.

Security and age

We use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The service is intended for adults; please contact us if you believe a child has provided account information.
