Using अलंकार

These terms apply when you use अलंकार, an AI-assisted jewellery photography service. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase credits.

Your account

Sign in with your own Google account and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Photos and generated results

You must own or have permission to upload each photo and use it for AI processing. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material, or images containing a person without the permissions required to use their likeness.

You retain the rights you have in your original photo. Generated results are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, differ from the actual jewellery, or resemble other outputs. Review each result before using it. Any use of an output remains subject to rights in the source photo and applicable law; we do not promise that an output is exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.

Credits and payment

One credit is used for each image generation request. A failed generation should return the credit automatically; if it does not, contact support. The site currently directs credit-pack requests to WhatsApp, where payment and manual credit addition are arranged. There is no automatic renewal or in-site payment checkout at this time. Prices and pack details shown on the site apply when confirmed with support.

Purchased credits are linked to your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Requests to refund unused credits are reviewed individually. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Current delivery

Generated previews are displayed in the browser session. The current site does not provide a persistent image library, a download control, automatic WhatsApp delivery, or a guaranteed turnaround time. Image generation is still being configured and may not be available; contact us to confirm availability before paying.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law. We may suspend access to address abuse, security issues, or service-provider limits. The service may change or be unavailable while maintained.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google's Gemini API, and WhatsApp are provided by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy practices. अलंकार is not responsible for independent third-party services.
